Introduction - What Works For You?
The sky is the limit when it comes to programming capacity

The sky's the limit when it comes to programming. As with anything, there's going to be obstacles along the way, but these can all be overcome with hard work and perseverance. Programming is all about attempting to solve issues, and then finding answers when you don't. The best professionals in their respective fields often have to search for answers and learn more. This applies to programmers, who are constantly searching for answers when they run into roadblocks. One should not be discouraged about the journey to get the goal, but instead should be pleased with the progress that they've made.

Getting Started - Researching Programming Languages and Finding Appropriate Solutions.

Which programming language should I pick

Before starting to program, it would be wise to research the programming languages available to figure out what they are commonly used for. Many of the programming languages are adaptive and can be used for a variety of things, but often there is a best program for the specific task. Some people opt to learn the more popular languages as that will help them with the largest variety of things, but others pick a language that works for them and interests them the most. I would highly suggest the latter. The most difficult part of programming is committing yourself to the process and not giving up. If you just pick something because it's popular, you will be more likely to give up as you may not be as interested. Simply find what works for your goals and go for it!

Learning the Basics - Find What Learning Methods Work for You.

Programming Success
Learning the syntax and basic programming theories are essential to the programming process. Without having completed these steps, one is not able to successfully program applications without running into major issues. By spending some time learning the basics, you will have the skills needed to know what you need to do in order to get a working application. Knowing what is needed and establishing fundamentals is essential to find success when creating an application. Learning can be done through a variety of methods and the best method depends on the individual that wants to learn. Pick the learning option that interests you the most and that you know you can fully commit to. Not giving up is essential to the learning process.

A New Way to Think about Programming

Life is all about ifs, so is programming
Programming is often thought of as a difficult and long-winded process, but I don't believe that is true at all. Programming is the act of defining steps to a computer in order to accomplish a task. As a whole, this may seem complicated, but these large tasks can be broken into several small tasks to minimize the difficulty and scale. By creating smaller tasks, you will constantly be able to accomplish goals and be able to chip away at a larger project over time. Not only does this programming style help one's mindset, but it also helps a programming project reach an effective solution. Anything can be accomplished by two things, conditions, and IF statements. Conditions are a known fact that can be decided or change at any point, where IF statements test whether the condition is true or false. One can figure out anything by using their conditions against if statements and do tasks accordingly following that. Life is all about surveying a situation and acting upon what you determined, and the same goes for programming.

Conclusion

Take things slow, learn the basics if needed, and give it a try! No matter what it is that you want to create, it is an accomplishable task with the right mindset. Break large tasks into smaller tasks, and research as you go. Don't let the challenges stop you, instead, learn from them.
